Acuity run our independent bi-annual Resident Satisfaction Survey which is a valued and important tool for us as a learning organisation.
The feedback we receive enables us to continually adapt to the changing needs of our residents, making a positive impact for our community. It guides our work, shapes our priorities and keeps us focused on delivering support where it matters most.
