Please join us in welcoming the newest recruit at Croydon Almshouses, Nichole McIntosh.
Nichole joins our team as Independence Programme Manager. In this newly created role, Nichole will oversee the Wellbeing Team, developing our person-centered, holistic and dynamic approach as we continue to offer the best possible living experience for our residents.
She will also collaborate with organisations across the Borough to bring preventative health and social care programmes to residents and the wider community.
Nichole has over 20 years of experience in programme and project management working in both statutory and non-profit organisations.
In other staff news, MacLaine Adler has transitioned to the new role of Governance Manager where she will ensure that Croydon Almshouses operates within legal, ethical and regulatory frameworks whilst enabling and supporting the Board of Trustees to fulfil their responsibilities effectively.
